Everyone's doing it. Making pillow covers for fall from Goodwill sweaters.
I decided to give it a try.
I picked up 3 sweaters at our local Community Center Thrift Store. The total cost for this purchase - $8.
I found that the sweaters I used were too small for my average size pillows. I used the sleeves to add a piece to the end.
I really like the different textures.
I just love these cozy new pillows. I plan to go to Goodwill this week and see if I can pick up a few more sweaters.
Three pillows for $8. You can't beat that anywhere.
Gloria these are so fabulous..I love them!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jo May. So easy to make, and so inexpensive too!
